As Project Manager and Lead Designer for the AIG Innovation Hub through SCADpro, I directed a multidisciplinary team in shaping the visual and experiential identity of a new corporate workspace in collaboration with AIG and Gensler.
Guided by the central narrative “From Terminus to Tomorrow,” the project reimagined AIG’s Atlanta headquarters as a dynamic environment that honors the city’s past while embracing its future as a hub for innovation. Through close collaboration with Gensler and AIG leaders, we developed a multi-floor system rooted in place-based storytelling, with each floor thematically tied to an Atlanta neighborhood and expressed through environmental graphics, wayfinding, and branded architectural elements.
The final concept presented a cohesive interior experience that communicates purpose, fosters connection, and reflects the city's ongoing evolution. Design outcomes included an overarching narrative framework, branded floor identities, detailed signage systems, and experiential touchpoints designed to support both functionality and long-term brand impact.

Our design story shines through in the navigational system we developed for the Innovation Hub.
Wayfinding wasn’t just a tool for spatial orientation—it became a narrative framework that unified every level of the experience. By grounding the system in Atlanta’s neighborhoods and directional flow, we created a layered visual language that echoed the city’s geography and growth.

This approach provided clarity and cohesion across all floors while reinforcing the core story of transformation: “From Terminus to Tomorrow.” The wayfinding elements functioned as both practical guides and narrative anchors—turning the building itself into a living map of connection, momentum, and identity.
